Every year, there seem to be some "magical supplement" hyped around achieving weight loss, energy booster and cognitive improvement. Where do we know what's right, wrong, good and bad?

This is an hour-long live with some great content discussion with some of the world's healthcare policymakers, educators and practitioners on Supplements, the industry as a whole and regulations (FDA)

Food for thought for everyone when picking or taking supplements --

1. Supplements are meant to "supplement" our lifestyle ( We still have to look deeper and work on the overall health and lifestyle practices of an individual) 2. More robust and better regulation is required, depending on each country. Also, we have to look at how labelling and advertising can be, including retailers as well. ( however this may also be subjected to profit-driven governance and corporate institutions) 3. The 3 target-markets for supplements are Weight loss, Sports performance and Sexual function -- so what does that reflect on the values and wants of our society these days?
